HOAF WeedStar® 120L
The HOAF WeedStar ® 120L , with a working width of 1200 mm, is a reliable weed burner with a large capacity. Due to its low weight, solid construction and productivity, the burner has been developed for intensive use and is ideally suited for controlling weeds on paved and unpaved surfaces in public areas.
A treatment with the HOAF WeedStar ® 120L kills many seeds lying on the ground, making an important contribution to lowering the vegetation pressure.
Large capacity
The large burner deck and high power ensure a large capacity. The stainless steel burner hood minimizes wind influences and is equipped with an insulation and infrared mesh package. The combination of flame contact, hot air and infrared radiation ensures the highest possible efficiency.
Optionally, the burner can be fitted with a side adjustment. This can be easily hydraulically adjusted with a stroke of 2 x 215 mm in relation to the tool carrier.
Robust and easy to use
The HOAF WeedStar ® 120L is connected to the power supply of the tool carrier. The burner is equipped with a control panel that can be attached to the tool carrier. For example, the burners and the optional side adjustment can be electrically ignited and controlled from the cab. The burner is fitted with a flame safety device. Should the flame go out in a situation, the fuel supply will stop and the burner will switch itself off.
For an optimal balance, the mounted burner has two steel castors with a diameter of 200 mm at the front.
The burner is equipped with a category 1 three-point suspension as standard. The built-on burner uses horizontal forklift gas bottles. These can be placed on the burner as well as on the tool carrier. We can optionally supply various types of tank and bottle frames for this.
