HOAF WeedAir® 150
With a working width of 1500 mm, the HOAF WeedAir ® 150 is an ideal weed scorcher to mount on a tool carrier. Due to its low weight, compactness and productivity, the sear is ideally suited for controlling weeds on large surfaces with obstacles in public areas. This weed scorcher comes into its own particularly in places where there is an increased risk of fire.
A treatment with the HOAF WeedAir ® 150 kills many seeds lying on the ground, making an important contribution to lowering the vegetation pressure.
Heating principle
The weed wilting principle is based on a powerful warm air stream that is transported under the burner hood with the help of an electric fan. The all-round closed hood ensures minimal heat loss, which significantly reduces the risk of fire damage to the surrounding area.
Optionally, the attached weed scorcher can be equipped with a side discharge on the right side. Weeds along walls, obstacles and hard-to-reach places are treated in one pass.
The HOAF WeedAir ® 150 only extracts energy when needed. The temperature is sensorically monitored and controlled via a processor. This processor is digitally controlled via a PLC that regulates gas consumption. This in combination with the optional side exhaust makes it an energy-saving machine.
Ease of use
The HOAF WeedAir ® 150 is connected to the power supply of the tool carrier. The sear is equipped with a control panel that can be mounted on the tool carrier. This allows the sear and the side ejection to be electrically ignited and controlled from the tool carrier.
For an optimal balance, this mounted weed scorcher has three swivel wheels at the front and two swivel wheels at the rear. As standard, the sear is equipped with a category 1 three-point linkage. The gas supply must be placed separately on the tool carrier. We can optionally supply various types of tank and bottle frames for this, depending on the tool carrier.
