HOAF Hot Dog

Over time, traffic and weather influences cracks and splits in asphalt roads. If these cracks are not repaired, the cracks often expand and further affect the road surface. The cracks and crevices can be repaired with a filler, provided they are properly cleaned and dried beforehand. The HOAF Hot Dog® is an extremely suitable mobile hand burner for this pre-processing.

Powerful Airflow

Due to the combination of compressed air and propane, the HOAF Hot Dog® produces a very powerful airflow of approximately 300 °C. This powerful airflow opens, cleans and dries cracks and crevices. Water, dirt and poorly adhering minerals are blown out deep from the crack. In this way, good adhesion of the filler to the existing road surface is ensured.
